Due to the city’s long- term storm drainage issues on Tropic and Rock Pit Roads, a large part of the tiny house art garden and art studios have been flooded due to the rains prior to and during Milton. We have lost some beautiful old trees as well. This has been a HUGE setback for the studio and the vision for the studio to be a resource for all — but we will persevere!
